Starting from our premises that our resources and facilities could become part of a future development of a multinational company in Romania, Focus Group will provide you a dedicated outsourcing team for reconciliating and accounting services.
We’ll provide you a comprehensive set of administrative and operational management services including initially, account setup, HR and staffing, IT and communications, accounting, payroll, legal and security.

We’ll designate a team leader from the senior members of the company that will be responsible for managing the services on your behalf from our location. Additionally, we’ll assign an account manager completely dedicated to your needs.
